V Rising is the newest Vampire Survival RPG by Stunlock Studios that is currently one of the hottest games on the internet. The game, which is now available to play in early access on PC, has a vast and immersive world for the players to explore with great visuals and unique gameplay mechanics.
If you’ve been playing V Rising for a while, you should know how important it is to obtain certain items in the game to help you in combat or other aspects. The Exquisite Heart is one such item that is extremely useful to have if you’re in the endgame and can be quite rare to find unless you’re looking for them at the right places.

V Rising: How to Get Exquisite Heart
Exquisite Heart can be found by slaying the higher-level enemies across Dunley Farmlands, Cursed Forest, and Silverlight Hills.
Update: The most consistent farm would be taking down Level 60+ Werewolves. You can find them in the Gloomgrave Village. Make sure to take on one at a time when doing this solo. Another great spot would be Brighthaven Cathedral enemies (Good for farming multiple resources including Exquisite Heart).
If you’re in Dunley Farmlands, look out for the Werewolves to kill. If you’re in Cursed Forest, you have to slay the Cursed Bear, Night Lurker, Witch, or Banshee to obtain the Exquisite Heart. If you’re in the Silverlight Hills, keep an eye out for the Knight and Paladin.
Slaying each of the above-mentioned enemies will have a chance of dropping you an Exquisite Heart. However, keep in mind that the drops aren’t guaranteed.
V Rising: How to Use Exquisite Heart
The Exquisite Heart is primarily used to make Primal Blood Essence in V Rising. It is an extremely crucial item to have in the game and can be used to craft various weapons, gears, and much more.
The Primal Blood Essence can be crafted by using Exquisite Heart x4 in V Rising. Alternatively, it can also be created by using Greater Blood Essence x12.
Resource Farming is an integral part of V Rising, so it is recommended that you pile on every resource that you find and keep it in chests. At some point, each resource is going to come in handy. I made this mistake and now I have to farm each resource every time I need it. I have created chests inside my castle that I use for each type of resource.
