Let’s find out where the Dungeon is located.

Pit of Heresy Dungeon Location

For unlocking the dungeon you will have to complete a quest that Eris Morn will give you. Eris Morn is located on Moon.

To Start the quest head to Eris Morn. She will provide you with the Dungeon Unlocking Quest called The Deepening Wake. From there you will have to follow the quest steps.

The Quest requires you to Open a Tier 3 chest at the Altars of Sorrow and Defeating 20 Nightmares. The quest itself is pretty self-explanatory and boils down to defeating numerous enemies. Just keep on taking down enemies as written and progress accordingly.

There will be a lot of enemies so make sure to bring some help. After completing the aforementioned steps, head back to Eris. Interact with her, she will point you to the location of the Dungeon.

This is the location of the Dungeon.

This is a Level 940 activity that requires a lot of coordination to complete. The dungeon is also connected to acquiring the Xenophage Machine Gun.
