Best Warlock Void 3.0 Build for PvE & PvP

Last Updated on March 21, 2023

Best Warlock Void 3.0 Build – One of the major points of Destiny 2 Witch Queen was the Void Rework, also called Void 3.0. Similarly, Lightfall majorly focused on Strand, but Bungie played it safe, and the hype around Strand has died down quickly.

Season 20 has two Artifact Mods that make Void builds much more fun—volatile Flow in Column 3 and Void Weapon Channeling in Column 5.

Best Warlock Void 3.0 Build for PvE

  • Super: Nova Bomb (Cataclysm)
  • Melee: Pocket Singularity
  • Grenade: Vortex Grenade
  • Weapon: Void
  • Exotic Armor: Contraverse Hold
  • Stat Focus: 100 Discipline & 100 Resilience

Aspects

  • Chaos Accelerant
  • Feed The Void

Fragments

  • Echo of Expulsion
  • Echo of Remnants
  • Echo of Reprisal

Mod Setup

  • Helmet: Harmonic Siphone and 2x Ashes to Assets
  • Arms: Firepower and 2x Grenade Kickstart
  • Chest: Charged Up, and any damage resist mods
  • Legs: 2x Innervation
  • Class Item: 3x Distribution

How Does This build Work?

The Contraverse Hold build was very relevant last season; the build is very similar but is more consistent. The build became more lethal with the new Artifact mods; make sure to have them unlocked. Start with charging your grenade and throwing it on a stack of enemies; this will spawn Orbs of Power, which will trigger Volating Rounds, Devour, and also grant Armor Stacks.

Keep cycling this; you will also get your super very quickly.

Best Warlock Void 3.0 Build for PvP [Trials of Osris & Crucible]

To excel in Crucible, there are a few mandatory things that you should have, other things can be changed according to your liking:

  • Fragment: Echo of Starvation
  • Focused Stat: 100 Recovery
  • Mod Setup: 1x Reaper in Class Item. 3x Void Weapon Surge for Legs.
  • Artifact Unlock: Volatile Flow
  • Primary Weapon: Void
  • Exotic Armor: Ophidian Aspect for increased handling at all times.

How does this build work?

Every time you use an ability and take down an enemy after that, an orb will spawn. Upon consuming the orb, you will get Devour and Volatile Flow; this will help you in winning fights very quickly. Pair this with a good void weapon like Shayura’s Wrath or Palindrome; you can get flawless easily. I saw GernaderJake using a similar build with Hunter on his Stream.

These were the two builds that I have tested, and feel are the best. You can also check out builds for Hunter and Titan.

Please remember that I will add or change builds as I learn more about Void 3.0. If you have a better build, please comment below, and I’ll happily add it here.
