Lucian’s Call is one of the best legendaries in the game, it’s similar counterpart is rowan’s call (sniper), even though they have different manufacturers. Their perks are the same, whenever you shoot the weapon, critical hits will return two bullets back to your magazine, and two bullets will ricochet to nearby enemies. Methods To Farm Lucian’s Call – Borderlands 3
Lucian’s call is a world drop, which means it can drop from any enemy in the game. This might sound hit and miss but it can be made efficient with farming a few particular bosses, specifically in TVHM mode (Mayhem 2 and 3). Repeating the boss elimination process guarantees at least one legendary every time, you just have to pray to RNG gods to drop one of these for you.
Update: with the Maliwan Takedown update, the farming method of each and every legendary in the game has changed. Now the bosses have different loot pools which means farming for a particular legendary will be easier.
